Mexican Cornbread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1/3 c. milk, 1 can (8-3/4 oz.) of cream style corn, 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese and 1 pkg. martha white mexican cornbread mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 425Β°. Grease an eight inch skillet and place in oven to heat.
Beat egg in mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients, beat well.
Pour batter into prepared skillet.
