Mix flour, cornmeal, milk, egg, sugar and corn. Pour 1/2 of mixture in iron skillet.
Sprinkle meat and 1/2 cheese on top. Add other 1/2 of cornmeal mix.
Spread rest of cheese on top. Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
