Mexican Cornbread
Mexican Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, 2 eggs, 5 to 6 strips cooked bacon, crushed and 1/3 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix together corn, oil, sour cream, eggs and cornmeal.
Pour half of the mixture into heated cast-iron skillet.
Put peppers, bacon and cheese on top of mixture in skillet.
Pour remaining cornmeal mixture on top and cook 40 minutes at 325°.
