Mexican Cornbread

Saute ground beef, onion, bell pepper, salt and pepper.
Mix cornbread, corn and egg.
Put half of cornbread-corn mixture in square Pyrex dish.
Put meat mixture on top of this.
Top with chopped jalapeño peppers.
Top with cheese.
Add rest of cornbread mix.
Cook at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
