Mexican Cornbread
Mexican Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 box jiffy corn bread mix, 1 egg and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown ground beef.
Chop onion in ground beef and drain well. Mix pork and beans with ground beef; set aside.
Mix Jiffy mix, egg and milk together.
Stir enough to moisten well.
Pour ground beef and pork and beans into casserole dish.
Pour corn bread mixture over beef and bake until golden brown for about 35 minutes at 350Β°.
Will serve 4.
