Mexican Cornbread
Mexican Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. cornbread mix, 1 lb. ground meat, 1 can cream-style corn, jalapeños to taste and 1 onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Season and brown ground meat.
Drain.
Mix cornbread per package instructions.
Add corn, onion and meat.
Shred cheese and add.
Chop jalapeños and add.
Mix well.
Spray pan (9 x 13-inch) with Pam.
Pour in mixture.
Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes. Stick middle to see if done.
