Mexican Cornbread
Mexican Cornbread is an easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix, 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn, 1 lb. browned hamburger meat, 1 (8 oz.) jar mild picante sauce and 2 c. shredded cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix one cornbread mix according to directions on box and add 1/2 can corn.
Put in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer hamburger, picante sauce, cheese and the other cornbread mix, mixed according to directions, adding the other half of the corn. Bake at 400Β° until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
