Mexican Corn
Mexican Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. corn meal, 1 c. milk, 1 beaten egg and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix together the flour, meal, milk, egg, salt, corn and oil. Brown hamburger, onion, cumin and hot pepper.
Place 2 cups of corn meal mixture in greased, hot iron skillet.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese.
Place hamburger mixture over this.
Add rest of cheese and top with rest of corn meal mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
