Mexican Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter or margarine, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. chopped pecans and graham crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Break apart enough graham crackers to cover the bottom of a jelly roll tray.
Combine margarine and sugar in a pot, bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add chopped pecans.
Spread over the graham crackers.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 minutes.
When cool, break apart.
These are like Mexican pralines.
