Mexican Chocolate
Mexican Chocolate is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. milk, 1-inch stick cinnamon, 1/8 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. ground coffee and 2 oz. sweet chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine milk, cinnamon, salt and coffee in a saucepan and heat to almost boiling.
Strain.
Dissolve chocolate in boiling water and add to milk mixture.
Heat to boiling point.
Add vanilla and pour over marshmallow in each cup.
