Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can ro-tel tomatoes and green chilies, drained, 2 c. grated cheddar cheese and 1/2 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix both soups and tomatoes, cutting up tomatoes.
Add onion and chili powder along with 1 cup cheese.
Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with 3/4 cup Doritos.
Mix chicken with soup mixture and pour over Doritos.
Put remaining Doritos and cheese on top.
Cover and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350Β° or until bubbly.
