Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. chicken, boiled and deboned, 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 can cream of chicken, 1 small onion and 1/2 c. bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine all ingredients except chips and cheese.
Place layer of chips in bottom of casserole.
Pour chicken mixture over chips. Sprinkle with cheese.
Continue to layer until all ingredients are gone.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
