Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl or pan and warm in microwave until warm.
Mix in boiled chicken and pour over chips that are laying in the bottom of a sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until most liquid appears to be absorbed.
