Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chicken breasts, about 1/2 bag doritos, 2 pkg. monterey jack cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook chicken breasts until done.
Remove skin and bones.
Tear or cut into bite size.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer chicken, Doritos and 1 package or Monterey Jack cheese.
Mix cream of chicken soup, mushroom soup, Ro-Tel and milk.
Warm and pour over layers of chicken, Doritos and cheese.
Crumble Doritos and sprinkle on top.
Spread other package of Monterey Jack cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
