Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. chicken, 1 lb. velveeta cheese (mexican), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 2 soup cans water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook chicken; debone and drain.
In another pan, cook combined soups, water, onion and mushrooms; bring to a simmer.
Add salsa and Velveeta.
When cheese is melted, add chicken.
