Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, 1 can each: mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and ro-tel tomatoes, 1 small onion, 1 small green pepper and 1 pkg. nacho cheese doritos, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Boil chicken.
Skin and bone chicken.
In a large bowl, combine mushroom soup, chicken soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes, onion and pepper.
Stir until well blended.
Add chicken and mix well.
In a baking pan, layer Doritos, chicken mixture and cheese.
Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Pour 1/2 cup of chicken broth on top.
Bake at 350Β° until bubbly.
