Remove chicken from bone, pull into small pieces.
Mix chicken, onion, chili powder, garlic salt, soup and Ro-Tel.
Add mix and cheese, alternating in a well-greased 8 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch Pyrex dish until cheese tops dish.
Bake at 350Β° until well heated and cheese melts through.
