Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken or large pkg. chicken parts, stewed and deboned (do not add salt), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can diced ro-tel chilies and 1 regular sized bag restaurant style doritos chips (plain), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix both soups and Ro-Tel until well blended.
Coarsely crush chips pounding on a slightly open bag.
Spray the bottom
9-inch casserole dish with Pam and richly cover with chips.
Add a generous layer of chicken and cover with
1/2 of the soup mixture.
Repeat all layers and top with cheese.
A 350Β° oven for 35 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with a salad.
No need for bread.
