Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground meat, 1 pod garlic, chopped, salt and pepper to taste, 1 pkg. chili mix (lawry's or schilling) and 1 medium size can stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Use a 4-quart casserole dish.
Saute meat with garlic until meat is pink.
Add all ingredients, except cheese.
Cut tortillas into strips and stir into mixture.
Put in oven.
When ingredients get bubbly, sprinkle on cheese.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, until done.
