Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. jiffy corn muffin mix, 1 can cream-style corn, 1 1/2 lb. hamburg, 1 pkg. taco sauce and 8 oz. shredded cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix muffin mix as directed and add creamed corn.
Brown hamburg; drain grease and add taco sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Pour 1/2 muffin mix into pan.
Spread with meat; add cheese.
Pour remaining muffin mix on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
