Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. corn tortillas (approximately 18), 2 cans green chopped chilies, 1 onion, 1 lb. longhorn cheese, shredded and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Layer corn tortillas, chopped chilies, onion and cheese in electric skillet.
Add 2 cans of milk to cans of soup and heat. As you are layering ingredients, pour soup over each layer.
Top your casserole with shredded cheese and pour balance of soup over all.
Keep skillet turned on low before and during serving.
If it becomes dry, add small amount of milk.
