Mexican Candy

Toast pecans (250Β° for 20 minutes). Mix sugar, Milnot, syrup, butter and salt. Bring to a boil and boil for exactly 3 minutes. Add vanilla and cool. Beat until creamy. Add nuts and pour into a buttered pan.
Cool. Cut into small pieces.
