Mexican Breakfast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 slices cooked ham, 1 flour tortilla, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 beaten egg and 2 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Overlap ham on tortilla.
Melt butter in skillet.
Place tortilla with meat in skillet.
Top with egg, cheese and onion. Cover skillet with lid and cook over medium-low heat 5 minutes or until egg is set.
Sprinkle with chili powder and fold in half.
