Mexican-Beef Cabbage
Mexican-Beef Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium head cabbage, cut into 6 wedges and 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Put oil in large skillet over moderate heat.
Add onion and saute until golden.
Add meat, cooking until brown.
Arrange cabbage over meat.
Add tomato sauce, garlic powder and pepper. Stir to blend.
