Mexican Bean Casserole
Mexican Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (31 oz.) can refried beans, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can tomato soup, 1 small jar salsa and 1 lb. hamburger, fried with little onion added, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine soups, salsa, beans and hamburger.
Layer bean mixture, tortillas (cut up) cheese and then repeat.
Save a few tortillas and cut up to put around the edge.
Put tortillas around edge and top with cheese for the last 5 to 10 minutes of baking. Bake 1 hour at 400Β°.
Serves 8 to 10.
