Mexicalli
Mexicalli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 1 small chopped onion (optional), 1 small chopped bell pepper (optional), 1 large ragu (any flavor) and 1 large bag noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook beef and drain.
Saute onion and bell pepper.
Add to beef and add salt and pepper.
Add Ragu sauce.
Mix together. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cook and drain noodles.
Place noodles on top of meat mixture.
Top with cheese.
Simmer another 20 minutes.
Serve with salad and garlic bread.
