Mexicali Rice
Mexicali Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 tbsp. sugar, 4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce and 1 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook onions and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil until golden brown. Add ground beef and other ingredients and simmer until hot.
Serve over corn chips.
Garnish with grated sharp Cheddar cheese, chopped ripe olives and chopped avocados.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
