Mexicali Dip
Mexicali Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese, 1/4 c. lite sour cream, 2 green onions, sliced, 1/4 c. picante sauce and 1/4 c. chopped or sliced ripe olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Microwave (High) cream cheese, uncovered, in microsafe bowl, 30 to 45 seconds or until soft. Beat until smooth.
Blend in sour cream. Stir in onions, picante sauce and olives. Refrigerate until served. For zippier flavor, add 3 or 4 drops of pepper sauce. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
