Meteracal Cake
Meteracal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt oleo, water and cocoa; bring to a boil.
Pour over dry ingredients, then add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
Put in cookie sheet with a lip around it, greased.
Bake at 350Β° about 15 to 20 minutes, checking to see when done.
Remove from oven and ice.
