Meta's Dessert
Meta'S Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg yolks, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. orange juice, 1/2 c. warm water and 1 1/2 pkg. unflavored knox gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Beat egg yolks with sugar until light and fluffy.
Set aside. Mix gelatin with 1/2 cup warm water and dissolve.
Set aside to cool, then add orange juice.
Beat heavy cream in a separate bowl. Mix ingredients together and pour into spring-form pan filled with 1 box of chocolate wafers crumbled in a blender and mixed with melted butter.
Refrigerate overnight in refrigerator.
When ready to serve, cut pie and spoon fresh or frozen strawberries on top of pie.
