Meringue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1/3 c. sugar, dash salt, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat egg whites gradually adding sugar and cream of tartar, until stiff but not dry.
Add vanilla and water and stir.
Put on a cooled pie filling of your choice.
Cook in preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes at 350Β°.
