Memoo's Tomato Aspic
Memoo'S Tomato Aspic is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 1/4 c. hot water, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar and chopped cabbage, celery, chives, carrots, etc., this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil water.
Add to gelatin.
Stir until dissolves.
Add tomato sauce and vinegar; stir.
Chill slightly.
Add vegetables. Pour into individual serving dishes or 8 x 9-inch pan.
Chill until set.
Serve over bed of lettuce.
