Meltaway Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. cornstarch, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. flour, 3/4 c. oleo and almond and/or vanilla (to make soft dough), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix the cornstarch, powdered sugar and flour.
Cut in the oleo.
To make a soft dough, add almond and/or vanilla.
Shape in small balls; roll in sugar.
Place on baking sheet.
Flatten with bottom of glass or cookie stamps.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350Β°.
