Melt Away Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. unsalted butter, softened, 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Combine butter, sugar and vanilla. Gradually stir in flour, salt and then the pecans.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Transfer to cooling rack.
While still warm, sift generously with confectioners sugar.
