Mellow Fudge Squares
Mellow Fudge Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks melted margarine, 1/3 c. cocoa, 4 eggs, 2 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix melted butter and cocoa and set aside.
Beat eggs. Gradually add sugar and salt.
Fold flour into egg mixture.
Next fold in cocoa and butter mixture above, the vanilla and chopped pecans.
Bake in greased, floured, large, oblong cake pan at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediate cut large marshmallows in half and place, cut side down, on cake.
Return to oven (5 minutes) until melted.
Let cool.
