Melissa's Cake
Melissa'S Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick butter and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix coconut and the pecans and place in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. Pour batter on top of pecans and coconut mixture.
In saucepan, melt cream cheese and butter.
Remove from heat; stir in box confectioners sugar and spoon over cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
