Melba Sauce
Melba Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen red raspberries, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 tsp. cornstarch and 1/2 c. currant jelly, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put frozen raspberries into a quart glass measuring pitcher. Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 1 minute on High.
Stir to break berries apart. Cook, uncovered, 30 seconds on High or until berries are defrosted.
Stir a mixture of sugar and cornstarch into raspberries, then stir in currant jelly. Cook in microwave oven 6 minutes on High until sauce thickens.
