Mega Tuna
Mega Tuna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (6 1/8 oz.) can solid white tuna in water, drained, 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained, 1 head fresh broccoli, cut into small florets (approximately 3 c.), 1/2 c. grated low-fat mozzarella cheese and 1 tomato, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large bowl, place tuna, olives, broccoli florets, cheese, tomato, onion and almonds or sunflower seeds.
Toss lightly to mix ingredients.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, milk, mustard, garlic powder, black pepper and hot pepper sauce.
Beat with a fork to blend.
Pour over broccoli-tuna mixture; gently fold until ingredients are lightly coated.
Chill well.
To serve, eat as a salad or use as a sandwich filler in pita breads or buns.
