Mix well.
Make small balls and brown in oven at 400° for short time (or frying pan).
Mix gravy mix and onion soup mix according to package directions.
Add mushroom pieces.
When meatballs are browned, pour gravy mixture over them and continue baking at 325° for 30 minutes.
