Meatballs
Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey, 2 eggs, 2/3 c. bread crumbs, 3 slices french bread, soaked in milk, squeezed and shredded and 1 tsp. grated lemon peel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thaw ground turkey.
In a bowl, combine the turkey, egg, bread crumbs, lemon peel, parsley, fennel, peppers, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Shape into large meatballs.
Place in baking dish.
Bake at 400Β° for about 30 minutes or until crispy and brown.
