Meatballs
Meatballs is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1/3 c. parsley flakes, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 2 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Combine eggs, crumbs, parsley flakes, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, catsup and onion.
Blend well.
Form into small balls.
Arrange in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan.
In medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice, stirring occasionally until smooth and sauce is melted.
Pour over meatballs.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
Makes about 60 meatballs.
