Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1/4 c. diced onion and 3 tbsp. italian seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients well and shape into balls.
Brown in a skillet on all sides in hot oil (low to medium heat) until done. Use in spaghetti sauce, stroganoff, soup or meatball subs (any variety of uses).
Can be cooled and frozen for later use.
