Meatballs
Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 4 slices dampened bread, 1 egg, diced onion to taste and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all ingredients (except soup and milk) with hands.
Roll into balls.
Roll in flour, salt and pepper.
Brown in frying pan. Pour all grease out of pan except enough to make gravy.
Add soup and milk to grease.
Thin gravy down with water.
Add meatballs back to gravy and simmer for 15 minutes.
