Meatballs
Meatballs is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. hamburger, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1 (24 oz.) can whole tomatoes and 1 (24 oz.) can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute onion until tender in 1 tablespoon butter.
In large bowl mix hamburger, bread crumbs and egg.
Add dash of salt, paprika and 1/2 of garlic clove.
Mix all together and form balls; brown lightly in skillet.
In a large saucepan, place whole tomatoes, paste and sauce.
Add chopped pepper, mushrooms, remaining garlic and celery.
When meatballs are browned, add them to this sauce. Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
