Meatballs
Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. beef, 1 slice bread, 1/3 c. milk, 1 tbsp. oregano and 1 tbsp. onion salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Crumble up slice of bread.
Add to it the beef, milk, oregano and onion salt.
Form into balls.
In a 2-quart casserole dish, mix cream of chicken soup and water. Brown meatballs in skillet, then add meatballs to soup mixture.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°. Makes 16 meatballs.
