Meatballs
Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. pepper and 2 tsp. onion powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients except soup and water.
Roll into 1 or 2-inch balls.
Brown.
Drain grease.
Remove meatballs from skillet.
Turn skillet on high.
Pour in the mushroom soup and water; bring to a boil, mixing the soup and water.
Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the soup mixture on 200Β° until ready to eat.
Yields 30 to 40 meatballs.
