Meatballs
Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 onion, 2 cans tomato sauce, 2 cans water, 1 c. brown sugar and 3 lb. chopped meat or turkey, formed into balls, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion; add tomato sauce, water and sugar and stir.
Let it come to a boil.
Add meatballs and cook 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Remove meatballs and add sauerkraut.
Stir together; put meatballs back in pot and cook together another 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
Tastes like stuffed cabbage!
Freezes well.
