Meatballs
Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/3 c. onions, 1/4 c. milk and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix first 9 ingredients.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Melt shortening in skillet, brown balls, remove them and drain.
Heat chili sauce and grape jelly in skillet until jelly is melted, stirring constantly.
Add meatballs to sauce and stir until cooked.
Let simmer 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
Makes around 5 dozen meatballs.
