Meat-Za-Pie
Meat-Za-Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1 tsp. garlic salt and 1/3 c. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix first four ingredients and pat out in 9-inch pie plate on bottom and sides.
Spread catsup over meat mixture and arrange mushrooms on top.
Sprinkle cheese over this.
Two tablespoons Parmesan cheese may be sprinkled over top.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375Β°.
