Meat-Za-Pie
Meat-Za-Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef chuck, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 1/3 c. tomato paste or catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix in bowl with fork the ground meat, crumbs, milk and garlic salt.
Press in 9-inch pie pan, bottom and edges.
Spread tomato paste or catsup over meat.
Add mushrooms on top.
Top with shredded cheese; sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 4 to 5.
